MCU空引脚可以旋空处理吗？有需要特殊处理的引脚吗？ 例如：没有使用慢速时钟PIN是要悬空吗？
VDD11和VDD15需要外挂电容，其余未使用的引脚不进行配置，默认就是高阻，不需要其它特殊处理。
设计阶段对于MCU空PIN，外部硬件是悬空无连接，软件将其配置为低电平是否可行？
