YTM32B1MD1 Temperature Sensor - What is TSC register?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to read the MCU temperature from the internal temperature sensor of the YTM32B1MD1.

According to the Reference Manual, it says I need to read the C value from the TSC register in the ADC. But I couldn’t find any register named TSC in the ADC register group, or anywhere else in the document.

Has anyone worked with this before? Is it a typo in the manual, or where can I find the TSC register? I'm using the RM Rev. 1.3.

Currently，you can get some reference from the YTM32B1MC0 reference manual.
The next version of the YTM32B1MD1 reference manual may update the relevant registers.

Hello, one more question from my side. How could I know if the coefficient I readback is correct or not?

I refered from your example code and got the coefficient value was 386. Is it correct or not?

Generally, if the reading is not entirely FF, it is correct. You can use a temperature sensor at room temperature to measure the actual temperature. If it is close to the ambient temperature, it confirms that its COEFF is correct.
