为啥中断向量表位置更新了且Reset_handler不在默认的0x02000800新位置为0x2019c00，但是VTOR寄存器没有更新，程序为啥还能正常执行
Ozone 可以强行把 PC 指向当前应用程序的 Reset Handler。你离线(断开 Ozone )，复位后运行，程序是无法正常运行的
