我们使用YTM32B1ME0_1_3_0\YTM32Bx_SDK\YCT_Demos\YTM32B1ME0\Rtc进行调试时发现， 貌似不能正确写入RTC 的SEC寄存器，详见下图，请指导。
当RTC EN使能了之后，就不能再修改SEC了 可以先deinit，再去重新init
