How to check Stack pointer error?

I have project with testing the stack pointer in 2 cases (Overflow and Underflow). When tested with Overflow and Underflow errors, I have injected errors, and they always lead to hardfault interrupt. Do you have any register show formation about these errors or specific interrupt when Overflow and Underflow happened?

These information are in CORE->SCB, however not much information will be recorded in Cortex M0

Hi，Cortex M0+ core not support SP limit function, if stack overflow, if return address changed, core will generate hardfault. Only core registers will record the hardfault information.
