LE0 的两个串口的引脚： UART0-ALT6 TX-A3 RX-A2 UART1-ALT2 TX-C7 RX-C6
两个串口都采用轮询发送，中断接收 目前UART0的TX RX都正常，UART1的TX 正常 RX无法进入中断。
现在屏蔽串口0 ，串口1 也是TX 正常 RX无法进入中断 。 会是配置问题吗
