ADC self-test

Hi, for the ADC module, does YTM32B1LE0 has any build-in seft-test?
I acknowledged the analog watchdog to monitor the ADC range but it not my case where I want to check if the ADC conversion is correct. My intention is that I can connect an DAC output pin to an ADC input pin to read the conversion result and compare with the configured DAC output to verify the ADC correctness. However, I have to modify my hardware PCB design. So is there any method, build-in feature to fulfill this self-test or if the MCU has any others mechanism to do the ADC self-test please let me know.

However, in my YTM32B1LE0x Reference Manual (revision 1.7), there is no information about the PCU memory map. Could you tell me which document contain the shared picture?

This register has not been developed for customers. If there is a high requirement for functional safety, self checking can be achieved through this register.
