Fail to connect to erase chip YTM32B1LE05 via J-Flash V8.10

I can not to flash or erase chip via J-Flash V8.10, please help me

run

Can you paste the complete log from the jflash log window?
Maybe you can try to erase the program on YUNTU official EVB board.
