关于功能安全库初始化，要求上电初始化时间为100ms，目前发现cortst检测失败卡在里面的while，耗时大概250毫秒左右，导致我的初始化时间达到325ms左右，我把cortst_startuptest_run关掉就正常，请问这是有哪些原因导致卡在while里面？排查方向有哪些？
