在使用ytm32b1le05，boot和app共用FEE区域，boot初始化后没有诊断请求，跳转到app后，app初始化FEE跳转之前标志位读写可以正常使用，在1002服务reset后boot初始化FEE在FEE_WAIT_DONE进入到DefaultISR（）是为什么。
