Hardfault运行完之后，程序不软件复位的话，会运行到哪里？想把Hardfault里面需要运行的函数给拿出来，等Hardfault退出之后再运行
HardFault_Handler默认是死循环，可以在HardFault_Handler中执行关键函数后再执行系统复位，或者看门狗复位。
